Since 2013 Maria Faust is an integrative breathwork therapist, coach and non-medical practitioner (psychotherapy). She has her own practice for single coaching and group settings in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, called "RAUM für ZEIT".

Together with Gerdi Schulte she leads the breath school "Akademie für Integrative Atemtherapie atmen+".
