Breathwork is the foundation of all I do. I love seeing when people feel that sacred moment - when their own breath unlocks something from deep within themselves, latent for years, finally rising up to be remembered. I believe that breathwork is THE modality that can empower anyone to remember their truth, power, and connection to everything - themselves, others, the land, nature... oneness. Yes, it is that powerful. Mix this trauma informed somatic tool with energy work, spiritual wisdoms and channeled connection with the Divine - and that is what you will experience with Martha.

Working in tandem with the Divine, I weave core shamanism with breathwork and energy work to provide a nurturing and powerfully transformative space for those who are ready to move through the death to rebirth process. While I am comfortable with laughing at myself, I do take this work seriously. You can expect me to be humble, honest, and be filled with gratitude.
