Megan is a passionate, caring, and highly experienced Breathwork Facilitator and teacher. She facilitates both online and in-person in various locations around the world, and she is also a Breathwork Teacher through Make Some Breathing Space - offering 450-hour online & in-person Hybrid training.
Megan has not only completed two comprehensive 400-hour Breathwork Training programs, but is also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Wellness Researcher and Writer, Yoga instructor, Nutritionist, and Reiki 2 practitioner. She has a wealth of knowledge in trauma, mental health, addiction, abuse recovery, narcissism, relationship dynamics, the subconscious mind, and holistic wellness. Although she weaves all of her learnings into her Breathwork offerings, it was her first experience with Breathwork that completely transformed her:
