Breathing Journeys

Breathing Journeys offer a trauma informed, client centred approach to Breathwork Facilitation. Our small group hybrid core training will teach you how to confidently guide others through profound healing experiences with their breath, through both one-one and group sessions, online and in person. You’ll then be able to work professionally with clients.

By keeping our training groups small with a maximum of 12 participants you can be sure to receive a high level of support and mentoring for your journey through the training. As well as working with the breath you’ll learn how to support clients through working with touch, inner child work, parts and constellation work with a strong focus on how to work safely with trauma.

Our advanced training also covers warm and cold water rebirthing breathwork with further opportunities for assisting and mentoring on our programmes.

Our graduate community will keep you supported after graduation with ongoing supervision and mentoring.
