Working with diverse metaphysical and somatic modalities, Lauren is a space holder, facilitator, and guide. She invites you to journey deep into your inner landscape and explore the depths of your being while staying held and grounded. Her capacity to weave breath, ancestral medicine, and botanical wisdom into her work facilitates holistic, transformative, and integrative experiences.

She holds individual and group breathwork sessions in Santa Fe, as well as, in her ceremonial yurt on sacred land in Cerrillos, NM.
