I’m a certified trauma-informed breathwork practitioner trained in Introspective Breathwork® Therapy and somatic practices. I work with people who feel disconnected from themselves and their bodies, creating space for reconnection and self-awareness through the breath. My approach supports nervous system regulation in a way that feels safe and sustainable, with a focus on presence rather than performance.
Sessions aren’t about quick fixes or being ‘healed’ by someone else. This work is about developing your own capacity to listen to yourself, navigate what arises, and trust your body’s wisdom. My role is to hold space and support your process, helping you build the tools and awareness to feel safer and more connected to yourself over time.
