The Body of Breath

The Body of Breath is a method that uses the tantric lens of perspective, the 5 body approach, nervous system and samskaric repatterning, and somatic inquiry, all within a container of trauma sensitive support for the whole of the community (facilitator and participants.) We encourage building a relationship with adaptive breathwork practices that weave modern circular breathing with ancient pranayama and emphasis in neurophysiology research. Our highest goal is that you hear and respond to your inner teacher and uphold the integrity of our expanding profession’s ethical standards while exploring the edge of your creativity.
