The Body of Breath
The Body of Breath is an integrative approach to breathwork rooted in somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and the repatterning of lived experience. Drawing through a tantric lens and a five-body framework, the work invites practitioners into a deeper relationship with breath as a pathway for insight, adaptation, and transformation.
Our method weaves modern circular breathing with traditional pranayama, grounded in both experiential practice and emerging neurophysiology. At its core is a commitment to trauma-sensitive facilitation that supports the growth and integrity of both practitioner and participant.
We emphasize the development of discernment, ethical responsibility, and creative range—guiding facilitators to listen deeply, respond skillfully, and trust the intelligence of the body. The work is not about following a rigid method, but about cultivating a responsive, embodied practice that evolves from within.
