GPBA Membership Application

Certified Professional Breathwork Practitioner – Graduate of Certified School: For applicants who have completed a minimum of 400 hours of training over at least two years at a GPBA Certified School.

Please note that Certified Professional Breathworker automatically includes Ethically Compliant Breathworker.

Certified Professional Breathwork Practitioner: For applicants who have completed at least 400 hours of training over a minimum two-year period, and did not graduate from a GPBA Certified School.

Ethically Compliant Breathworker: For Breathwork practitioners who agree to practice Breathwork in full compliance with GPBA’s Code of Ethics. Ethical compliance as a Breathworker requires a minimum of 9 months of training and supervision with a minimum of 8 hours of instruction in ethics.

Certified School: For schools or training programs that meet the 400-hour, two-year minimum requirement. Please note that Certified Professional School status automatically includes ethically compliant program.

Ethically Compliant School: For Breathwork schools that agree to practice Breathwork in full compliance with the GPBA’s Code of Ethics.
