I am a primary care physician offering 1:1 and group sessions teaching the practice of breathwork to optimise physiology and improve mental and physical functioning. I have trained directly with Belisa Vranich and am certified to teach ‘The Breathing Class’ which focuses on correct breathing mechanics and strengthening breathing muscles . I am also a certified Heartmath coach.
