Foster the profession of breathwork as a healing modality to public, private, and government institutions, corporations and agencies.

Breathwork in Business

The GPBA endorses the teaching of healthy breath practices in the workplace. Breath is the foundation of all life processes. Healthy breathing practices are at the core of human wellbeing.

Research shows that healthy and happy employees positively influence the productivity and success of businesses. The workplace environment profoundly influences employees’ physical, emotional, mental and spiritual functioning.

Much of human health care benefits in the United States come through employers. Employers who invest in the wellness of their employees on the average receive a 3 to 1 return on their investment.

The GPBA has a list of certified trainers and practitioners who promote healthy breathing and wellness, creativity and resourcefulness for businesses and organizations. They offer trainings, workshops, assessments and coaching online or on site.
