Join us in Nosara, Costa Rica for a powerful two-week in-person Breathwork Facilitator Training and Immersion, rooted in trauma-informed principles, intuitive listening, and embodied presence.
This program includes:
A 7-day immersive facilitator training (July 5–12) to build your capacity to guide breathwork safely and ethically.
A 7-day Breath & Bodywork Immersion (July 13–19) including Vedic Thai yoga, somatic unwinding, nervous system repatterning, and advanced holding techniques.
A 3-month hybrid online integration (September–November 2025) to support your embodiment of the material, deepen facilitation skills, and refine your unique path of service.
Throughout this journey, you will:
Explore the ethical foundations of breathwork facilitation
Develop a deeper relationship with your own breath, body, and intuition
Learn practical tools for creating safe and transformative spaces
Receive feedback, mentorship, and community support as you grow
Begin the process toward certification with Breathwork Alliance (or continue your path toward the 400-hour standard)
