An Ongoing Community Breath + Embodiment Practice within The Body of Breath Studio Online

Saturday Somatics is an open, ongoing community session dedicated to accessible somatic inquiry and breath-based exploration.

This is not a facilitator-only training space.
It is a shared practice space.

Each gathering blends gentle movement, guided awareness, and adapted breath practices designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied clarity, and reflective insight. All practices are accessible and can be modified for different bodies and experience levels.

During this current cycle, we are exploring The Alchemy of Nine Dimensions as taught by Barbara Hand Clow — using her dimensional framework as a lens for embodied inquiry. Rather than teaching theory alone, we explore how these dimensions show up in lived experience:

• Structure and stability

• Internal signaling and connective intelligence

• Linear time and physical form

• Belief systems and narrative patterning

• And the evolving layers of human consciousness

Each session offers:

• A grounded somatic sequence

• Guided breath practice

• Threaded inquiry prompts

• Time for integration and reflection

Saturday Somatics is designed to strengthen personal awareness, expand perceptual capacity, and cultivate embodied presence — in daily life and within community.

Open to all.
No prior experience required.
Come as you are.

When you click the registration link, you will be guided into The Body of Breath Studio Online, and will be able to choose the weekly classes. We are offering the Saturday Somatics series at a drop in cost of $11 to create accessibility for all.
