The Leader Circle Professional Breathwork Facilitator Training

The Leader Circle is a 9-month breathwork facilitator training and mentorship pathway for those called to deepen their relationship with breath, embodiment, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed facilitation. Rooted in The Body of Breath Method, this training supports participants in developing both the personal depth and professional skill required to guide breathwork in 1:1 sessions, online spaces, group classes, community offerings, and integrative healing environments. The 2026–2027 Leader Circle has been expanded to include a more robust mentorship experience, with additional curriculum in somatic inquiry, rebirthing breathwork, nervous system education, business development, facilitation practice, and embodied leadership. This training is designed for those who are ready to move beyond technique alone and into a deeper relationship with presence, integrity, nervous system literacy, and the responsibility of holding transformational space. Program DatesOpening Weekend: September 26–27, 2026Program Completion: June 2027 The training unfolds in three phases: Phase 1: September 26 – December 21, 2026Phase 2: January 9 – April 2, 2027Phase 3: April 3 – June 30, 2027 All sessions are held online, with live mentorship, recorded practices, guided homework, peer practice, community classes, and additional mentor-led sessions housed inside The Body of Breath Studio Online.
